Lakeside 5K Benefiting Ally's Wish

There is nothing better than being a part of an active, social and family-oriented community! Join us on November 3rd for the Lakeside 5K!

A day for the entire family, Ally’s Wish and Lakeside DFW are proud to invite to join us for a fun filled day honoring and celebrating the lives of the moms that Ally’s Wish supports. The event will include a 5K, Family Fun Run, family-friendly activities, live music, food and much more! 

Ally’s Wish, Inc. is a nonprofit organization founded in Flower Mound, TX devoted to granting the last wish to young, terminally ill mothers with children. Inspired by the late Allyson Hendrickson, Ally’s Wish provides a memory for the family that will last a lifetime. Wishes are granted in the form of services, gifts, transportation, lodging, or any other wish the mother may have, and a typical wish granted is approximately $5,000. Since inception, more than 75 wishes have been granted to families across North Texas and the U.S. These wishes are so important in creating not only memories in the moment, but also memories to cherish for the children they leave behind.

There are many ways that you can support the Lakeside 5K including but not limited to branding sponsorships, sponsoring a water station, gathering a corporate / group team of 10, becoming an on-site vendor or racing as an individual. Your dollars will count and your dollars will make an impact, changing the lives of the families that Ally’s Wish serves.
