Lakeside Music Series reopens on Friday, June 5

The phased reopening of the Lakeside Music Series will kick off on Friday, June 5, with Danni & Kris starting their performance at 7:30 pm.
Expect a repertoire stretching from indie-pop and groove to soul and pop from the quirky-cool Fort Worth natives who were recently nominated by the Fort Worth Weekly as DFW’s best singer/songwriters.
Social distancing protocol will be in effect: while those within a group may sit within six feet of one another, a minimum of six feet should be maintained between other groups.
Attendees are requested to limit the number in any single group to a maximum of 10.
With these restrictions in place, attendees are encouraged to come earlier than normal to find their place.
Every attempt will be made to accommodate all those who attend, but if the crowd swells, some may have to place their chairs in parking spaces surrounding the plaza (that will be cordoned off).
The remainder of the lineup for June will be familiar to regular attendees of the music series.
Chaz Marie hits the stage on June 12, followed by Chant Duplantier on June 19, and Jon Christopher Davis on June 26.
All of the artists are eager to perform for Lakeside’s appreciative crowds.
