Tavern, Wine Bar, and Med Spa to Open in Lakeside

Officials at Realty Capital Management, LLC, the master developer of Lakeside DFW, announced today that three new merchants — Gusto Wine Bar, The Tavern at Lakeside, and The Med Spa of Flower Mound — have signed leases in The Shops at Lakeside.

All three are expected to open by the first quarter of 2019.

“Residents and visitors have been asking for businesses like these for quite some time,” said Jimmy Archie, a managing partner of Realty Capital. “We are delighted that these particular operators are coming to The Shops at Lakeside.”

The Tavern at Lakeside and The Med Spa of Flower Mound will be located near the intersection of Surrey Lane and Lakeside Parkway.
